Frequently Asked Questions
When is the best time to photograph a newborn?
The ideal window for newborn photography is between 5–14 days old. Babies are still sleepy and easier to pose during this time. That said, we can work with babies of any age — we’ll simply adjust the style and pace of the session.
How long does a newborn session take?
Most sessions last 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on feeding, settling and changes. We allow plenty of time for breaks, cuddles and anything else your baby needs — we go at their pace.
Can parents or siblings be in the photos too?
Absolutely. We encourage parents and siblings to be involved — it’s a special time for the whole family. Just let us know when you book so we can plan the session accordingly.
